50 Years of Service: Dennis Erard
The Minoa Fire Department is proud to recognize Dennis “Denny” Erard for 50 years of outstanding and dedicated service to the Department and the Minoa community.
Service to Minoa runs deep in the Erard family. Denny’s family members have served before him and alongside him across generations, continuing a meaningful tradition of dedication to their neighbors and community.
Denny was presented with a plaque that reads:
“In grateful appreciation for 50 years of outstanding and dedicated service to the Minoa Fire Department.”
Over five decades, Denny has taken on many important responsibilities that have helped keep the Department strong and prepared to meet the emergency protection needs of the Minoa area. On the corporate side, he served multiple terms as a Board Member, as President, and as Corresponding Secretary. He also contributed his time and leadership to numerous committees, including the Banquet, Bylaws, Clambake, and Pole Barn committees.
On the operations side, Denny served as both a Lieutenant and Assistant Chief, providing leadership and support to fellow members throughout his career.
The Minoa Fire Department extends its sincere gratitude to Denny for his remarkable commitment, leadership, and 50 years of service.
