Support Fellow Firefighters at a Believe 31 Fundraiser

Firefighter cancer awareness is an issue that continues to gain attention across the fire service, and a local organization is working to provide meaningful support to those affected.
Believe 31, a nonprofit serving Onondaga, Cortland, Madison, and Oswego counties, will host a spaghetti dinner fundraiser on Saturday, March 28, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Caughdenoy Fire Department East Side Station, 48 Prospect Street in Central Square.
The organization provides emotional and financial support to firefighters, EMS personnel, and auxiliary members facing cancer and other serious illnesses, while also promoting awareness of occupational cancer risks in the fire service.
Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door. The event will also feature raffles, and visitors are welcome to tour the station and view firefighting equipment.
Proceeds will benefit Believe 31’s mission of assisting first responders and their families during difficult medical challenges. Those interested in supporting this effort are encouraged to attend.
