The Next Generation of Leaders

Congratulations, Aaron Reynolds!
We are proud to celebrate Aaron Reynolds — a standout student at East Syracuse-Minoa High School and a dedicated Minoa Restricted Firefighter — for his exceptional accomplishments and leadership.
Aaron was recognized on June 9, 2025, by DECA, a global nonprofit that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs through hands-on experience, competitive events, and career-focused learning. He was honored for his role in the Firefighters Against Cancer program and for his induction into the New York DECA Honor Society, which qualified him to attend the DECA International Career Development Conference in Orlando, Florida this past April.
Aaron has consistently distinguished himself as one of the Minoa Fire Department’s top-performing young firefighters. His commitment was on full display on September 28, 2024, when he played a key role in organizing a community fundraiser alongside Believe 31, raising awareness of cancer among firefighters. The event featured a boot drive, raffles, and refreshments at Minoa Fire Station 1 — and showcased Aaron’s talent for both leadership and community service.
From all of us at the Fire Station: Way to go, Aaron! We’re proud of you and excited to see what the future holds.
