Become a Firefighter

How We Work

The Minoa Fire chief and two other members of the Fire department stand at attention wearing their Class A uniforms.

“The safety, wellness, and resiliency of our members is of the utmost importance. I am proud of the efforts of our volunteers. We encourage open dialogue and honesty throughout our ranks. Members are not shielded from our vision but encouraged to participate in the planning and implementation to make the vision a reality.”

— Chief Donald D. Grevelding, Jr.
